Your Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to take charge of all
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer support
- Help minimize returns, exchanges, and cancellations to reduce support costs.
- Review orders to identify potential issues before they occur.
- Respond to and manage chargebacks to improve our win rate.
- Engage with customers in social media comments to foster community and loyalty.
- Assist with admin tasks, such as filling out sheets and creating documentation.
Requirements
- Experience providing
- Familiarity with the Shopify platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and draft orders.
- Proven experience performing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- The ability to follow and create systems.
- Exceptional English grammar and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude with a willingness to try new things.
