We’re looking for an experienced Lead Generator to help expand our client base in the recruiting industry. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and delivering qualified leads to our team. Responsibilities:

Research and identify high-potential clients in the recruiting industry.
Strategically engage decision-makers through calls, emails, and social platforms.
Develop and implement lead-generation strategies tailored to our business goals.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and consistently meet or exceed lead targets.
Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
Proven success in generating and converting leads in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of the recruiting or staffing industry (preferred).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and lead-generation tools.
