Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our growing Digital Marketing team. You will play a critical role in executing our Facebook Organic Marketing strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and nurture relationships.

You’ll start as part of a 6-member team, with the opportunity to grow with us as we expand into a 25-member team over time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building connections through strategic engagement, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Remote
Work Hours: Flexible (with daily task completion deadlines)
Compensation: Based on experience and performance

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Proficiency in English: Strong written communication skills are essential for engaging with potential clients.
Computer Specifications: A computer with at least 16GB RAM and 1TB Hard Disk is required to handle multitasking and video editing tasks efficiently.
Internet Connection: A stable internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds to ensure smooth work performance.
Attention to Detail: You must be able to follow instructions precisely and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
