We are seeking an experienced Airbnb Claims and Review Dispute Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have direct experience handling claims and disputes through Airbnb’s platform, strong customer service skills, and the ability to navigate conflict resolution effectively. This role offers weekly pay and opportunities for promotion as we expand our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process guest and host claims through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.
Investigate disputes involving property damage, cancellations, or guest issues, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
Address and resolve negative reviews, working to mediate misunderstandings and maintain positive guest experiences.
Collaborate with hosts to provide guidance on claim documentation and submission processes.
Maintain detailed records of claims, resolutions, and ongoing cases.
Stay updated on Airbnb policies, procedures, and best practices for claims and disputes.
Qualifications
Must have prior experience handling claims and disputes on the Airbnb platform.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain professional under pressure.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Familiarity with Airbnb’s Resolution Center and platform policies.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
