Are you a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for helping people and excelling in sales and customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing credit repair company.
What We’re Looking For:
• Social Media Savvy: Skilled in creating engaging content, especially reels, and leveraging social platforms for business growth.
• CRM Expertise: Proficient with GoHighLevel and other CRM systems for efficient client management and follow-ups.
• Sales Skills: Confident and results-driven in converting leads into clients while maintaining excellent relationships.
• Communication Skills: Speaks fluent and clear English with a strong and professional tone.
• Adaptability: Quick learner who follows directions and handles multiple tasks efficiently.
• People-Oriented: Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with clients.
• Attention to Detail: Organized and meticulous, ensuring smooth processes and happy customers.
Responsibilities:
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone,
• Managing and updating CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely data.
• Following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales.
• Creating and posting high-quality social media content, including reels, to engage potential clients.
• Handling customer concerns and providing excellent service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the team to optimize processes and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (preferably in credit repair or a related industry).
• Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation.
• Experience using GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
