We're one of the top vacation home rental and management companies serving guests and property owners in Orlando, Florida. We’re looking for a part-time senior Customer Service Representatives to join us. Working experience for Airbnb is a must, along with a strong professional network in the Airbnb/OTA space.
Responsibilities - Case Handling & Networking on Airbnb
1. Leverage Industry Connections: Tap into your professional network within Airbnb and the short-term rental community to address escalated issues quickly.
2. Policy & Procedure Expertise: Use your knowledge of Airbnb guidelines and tools to effectively resolve complex guest concerns or disputes.
3. Collaboration for Resolution: Maintain open communication with Airbnb support teams, and relevant industry partners to achieve prompt and satisfactory outcomes.
4. Proactive Dispute Management: Monitor guest feedback and address potential challenges early by coordinating with internal departments and external contacts in the OTA community.
Qualifications
Min. 2 years of working experience at Airbnb is a must and currently working at Airbnb is preferred
Familiarity with PMS platforms
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C2: Advanced / Mastery).
Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
