Email Marketing Specialist

Seeking an experienced and energetic Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for developing and executing e-marketing campaigns that deliver big results, we are looking for you!

The ideal candidate is able to implement an email campaign through all its stages—writing emails, choosing imagery for campaigns, loading emails into a marketing platform, segmenting emails, sending emails, reporting on email performance, and offering suggestions on how to optimize and improve.

Candidates must have a strong command of the English language—both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:
Developing email marketing campaign copy and image selection
Loading emails into Klaviyo and setting segmentation
Executing scheduling and sending of emails
Monitoring performance of campaigns and providing analysis and reporting
Remain up-to-date on emarketing best practices and trends, with emphasis on those related to the beauty industry

Requirements:
Previous experience managing e-marketing for a brand or company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working in Klaviyo a plus
Database management experience a plus
