Customer Service Agent - Women's Activewear Brand

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed individual to join our dynamic and successful women's activewear business as a Customer Service Agent.

*Position Overview*
- Full-time role (40 hours per week)
- 100% remote: Be part of a small but growing team of 30, responsible for direct communication with our customers.
- Gain hands-on experience in a thriving e-commerce business, understanding how the business model works, exploring marketing strategies, and collaborating with a team of highly skilled professionals.

*What We’re Looking For*
The ideal candidate will have:
- Advanced English proficiency (writing): Excellent reading comprehension and the ability to respond to emails professionally and effectively.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Autonomy: Does not require repeated instructions, can work independently, and has a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (or the willingness and motivation to learn).
- A committed and responsible attitude.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in helping people.


*Key Responsibilities*
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions via email.
- Manage and respond to customer reviews on the website.
- Handle and process defective item requests.

*Schedule requirements*
You’ll have the freedom to choose your working hours, ensuring they align with the company’s needs.
What we need now is someone who is willing to work:
- At least one day during the weekend
- Start shifts between 1 PM and 2 PM EST (2 AM - 3 AM Philippine Time) Monday-Friday days / Saturday-Sunday
