We are seeking an organized and proactive outbound Specialist skilled in handling lead responses and managing CRM data efficiently. The main objective of this role is to respond to new leads with a provided script and help drive customer engagement by effectively handling initial interactions.
Your Primary tasks will be:
- Respond promptly to incoming leads via
- Accurately recording all lead information and conversation details in our Google Sheets/Excel and CRM
- Maintain CRM Data quality by updating lead statuses, checking for duplicates, and troubleshooting issues.
- Coordinating follow-ups as needed and ensuring no leads are missed.
- Follow detailed lead response and data entry protocols to meet company standards.
Requirements:
Prior experience in outbound communication, customer service, or a similar role.
Prior experience with
Google Sheets/Excel experience
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
A keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently, with reliability and accountability for remote work.
Available to work 7 days a week
Available to work in business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) in US Pacific time zones. (12:00 am - 9:00 am Manilla)

Hiring Process:
1. All qualified applicants will be asked to complete a simple form to determine fit. Based on this from, we will select finalists.
2. All finalists, will be asked to complete a 2nd assessment. The 2nd assessment will be a paid assessment.
3. 1 Finalist will be chosen and hired with a 30 day trial period.
