Sales Associate (Intake)

We are seeking an Intake Specialist (Sales Associate) with a proven track record of exceptional customer service. The Intake Specialist will engage in a preliminary screening with prospective new clients to collect basic information before the Sales Consultant conducts the initial consultation.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. They should also be an experienced customer service representative or inside phone sales associate with a US firm or company. A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or spreadsheets is also required.

• Experience as a customer service or inside phone sales representative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
