To do that, we’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative who thrives on generating leads and building relationships.

About the Role:
As our Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be cold calling,
This role is perfect for someone who’s driven, strategic, and ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Use cold calls,
• Relationship Building: Establish connections with doctor’s offices, courts, hospitals, schools, substance abuse centers, and other community organizations.
• Sales Outreach: Make a minimum of 60 cold calls per day to potential referral sources and track outreach performance.
• Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging
• Follow-Up: Nurture leads with consistent follow-up through phone calls,
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities in a CRM or tracking system.
• Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including:
o 20 qualified leads per week
o 5 new partnerships per month
o 10% conversion rate from cold outreach to referrals
