As the Grant Writer and Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in securing funding to support our programs and initiatives. Beyond writing compelling grant proposals, you’ll conduct thorough research to ensure we meet all necessary qualifications, analyze opportunities, create clear summaries, and delegate responsibilities to ensure successful execution of grant projects. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker who can juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Grant Research and Qualification Analysis:
o Conduct comprehensive research to identify grant opportunities that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
o Review all eligibility criteria and ensure we meet the qualifications before proceeding.
o Create concise, detailed summaries of grant requirements for leadership review.
• Proposal Development:
o Write clear, compelling, and well-structured grant proposals tailored to the funder’s criteria.
o Ensure all required documents, data, and attachments are accurate and complete.
• Coordination and Delegation:
o Assign roles and responsibilities for grant-related tasks to tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders.
o Develop a timeline for each grant submission to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with program managers, finance teams, and leadership to gather relevant information.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for grant-related communication.
• Tracking and Reporting:
o Maintain a database of grant submissions, outcomes, and funder relationships.
o Track grant deliverables, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

• Submit a minimum of 5 qualified grant proposals per month.
• Achieve a 25% success rate for grant approvals within the first 6 months.
• Deliver comprehensive summaries for 100% of grant opportunities within 5 business days of identification.
• Ensure 100% on-time submissions of grant applications.
• Conduct thorough research on all grants to confirm eligibility before submission.
• Develop a structured delegation plan for all major grant projects within 3 days of opportunity approval.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (preferred).
