Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 12:00AM (Midnight), Tuesday to Friday (PHT)

I am seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to assist with job application submissions. This role involves searching for and applying to jobs on behalf of the employer, managing application tracking, and leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to customize application materials. If you have strong written English skills and are proficient in tools like Google Sheets and Slack, this could be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

Conduct online job searches based on provided criteria.
Apply to jobs on behalf of the employer, tailoring resumes as needed.
Maintain an organized spreadsheet to track all job applications.
Save and categorize copies of job descriptions for reference.
Use ChatGPT to craft tailored responses for job applications.
Fine-tune resumes to align with specific job requirements.
Provide regular updates on progress via Slack or other communication channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Written English Proficiency: Advanced or near-perfect.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and ChatGPT.
Communication Tools: Familiarity with Slack or similar platforms.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Compensation: 230 PHP per hour with a 230 PHP bonus for each interview scheduled
