Who We Are:
An insurance agency seeking a friendly and energetic individual to make 15-18 cold calls per hour to set appointments for business insurance reviews.

What You’ll Do:
- Make calls, send emails, and manage a lead database.
- Gather information from prospects, send requested marketing materials, and follow up.
- Aim to set appointments with our agency producer.
- Receive paid training within work hours.

Required Qualifications:
- Persuasive and social.
- Able to make repetitive calls throughout the shift.
- Positive and high energy.
- Reliable and independent worker.
- Strong call experience with confident phone presence.
- Good communicator, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Prior outbound/cold call or sales experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Outlook (Email/Calendar).
- Quick learner for new software.

Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week within 8:00 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST (Flexible Schedule).
- No alternative employment allowed as this is a full-time position.

Pay:
- $6.00 USD per hour + $20 USD bonus for each confirmed appointment.
- Payments made via Paypal.
