What We Need:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to provide top-notch administrative and operational support to our bustling office team. This role is crucial to our Office Administration team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both spoken and written business English. You will need to commit to our Company Core Values - Teamwork, Integrity, Accountability, Transparency, Client Experience & Growth.
You will report directly to the General Manager and interact daily with the Office Supervisor, working alongside a remote team of assistants based in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
Initially, you will support our office staff with tasks such as:
Preparing quotes for clients
Auditing field technician reports in our scheduling platform
Conducting future job audits in our scheduling platform
Organizing and auditing job photos taken by technicians in the field
Curating photos for social media posts
In the near future, your responsibilities will expand to include:
Preparing invoices and drafting related
Trafficking inbound
Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
40 hours per week
Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific (Vancouver) time with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Full dedication to our business with no side jobs
Reliable internet connection and stable electric power
Backup internet connection
Dual monitor setup
Salary: 40,000 PHP per month plus benefits
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
At least 2 years of remote work experience with a company in an English-speaking country, adhering to a North American time schedule
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator in an office environment
Proficiency in remote work tools, including:
Google Sheets, Docs, Drive (Proficient)
Microsoft Office (Intermediate)
Slack (Intermediate)
Ability to produce error-free reports
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software programs
Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to meet deadlines
Problem-solving skills
