Senior Amazon PPC Manager

This role isn’t for someone who just optimizes campaigns.
We're seeking someone who can think five steps ahead, develop SOPs for scale, and train a team of PPC specialists to execute flawlessly under your guidance.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- As our Senior Amazon PPC Manager, you'll play a critical role in both strategy and leadership.
- You'll analyze, optimize, and innovate Amazon PPC strategies while simultaneously building systems and mentoring tea
- This role requires confidence in your expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to stay composed under pressure and tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Amazon PPC Management
- Conduct detailed PPC account audits and identify optimization opportunities.
- Build KPI-driven strategies tailored to client goals.
- Develop and refine SOPs to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest Amazon PPC trends and industry insights.
2. Team Training & Mentorship
- Train and mentor junior PPC specialists, transferring your expertise.
- Establish a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and ownership.
- Provide clear direction and performance feedback to tea
3. Process Optimization
- Audit existing SOPs and improve them for clarity and scalability.
- Develop new processes where gaps are identified.
- Ensure the team is aligned with agency workflows and timelines.
4. Communication & Reporting
- Provide transparent updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure clear documentation of campaign strategies, results, and next steps.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional challenges.
RESULTS EXPECTED
- Campaign KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- SOPs are refined, documented, and effectively implemented.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of Amazon PPC experience (or a proven track record of delivering exceptional results).
- Experience developing scalable processes and SOPs for PPC operations.
- Proven ability to train and mentor PPC tea
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Amazon PPC tools: Data Dive, H10, Seller Central, Ad Console, Brand Analytics, Sellerboard.
- Intermediate experience with ClickUp, WhatsApp, ChatGPT.

COMPENSATION
- Starting Salary: $18,000 - $20,000/year
