Executive Assistant to CEO of multiple companies

I run multiple companies and I need an executive assistant that can literally help me with a multitude of tasks. You must be someone that can multitask as well as staying organized and keeping all my projects up to date and. making sure we are hitting the deadlines needed.

Here are examples of each of my businesses and how I will need help with them.

1. Perfect 10 Brands - This business does cosmetic manufacturing, I make brands for other companies as well as our in house brands examples of tasks are below
a. staying on top of open projects and making sure deadlines are met
b. following up with vendors on ETAs of purchase orders
c. follow up with my customers to make sure projects run smooth
d. doing research on on products and competitors to help find new items to launch.

2. Perfect 10 Rentals - This business does car rentals below are tasks I will need help with.
a. making sure our direct rental customers are paying on time, if not you will need to call them.
b. making sure maintenance is up to date on the cars - We use bouncie to track maintenance
c. optimizing car listings and making sure the pictures all look good.
d. doing market analysis on turo and making sure our cars are priced correctly and the most competitive.

Tasks for both companies:
a. Social media - need you to posts for multiple accounts - we will use a SMM software
b. create posts using a combination of Canvas and Chatgpt for now, eventually we may hire out more people for this.
e. communicate and manage tasks in Asana
d. communicate what I need to my other employees onsite and also abroad in the Philippines

REQUIREMENTS:
1. excellent English
2. Experience in working in this type of roll.
3. Ambitious personality
4. Able to work M-F 8am to 5pm or more.
5. This job is 40 hours a week however the if there is more to get done I need the mentality to be work till we complete the task
