ROLE SUMMARY:
Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Philippines Time)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coordinate the tasks of outsourced marketing teams and contractors.
- Collate and maintain the marketing calendar.
- Design and implement monthly internal referral campaigns.
- Develop and execute in-house student retention campaigns.
- Plan and execute external marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance metrics and present actionable insights to management.
- Create and publish engaging posts for the internal Facebook group.
- Ensure all campaigns deliver measurable ROI.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools.
- Proven experience in digital marketing planning and execution, demonstrating marketing excellence.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Experience in email marketing.
- Proficiency in social media marketing.
- Background in local marketing initiatives.
