JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help build and grow our social media presence primarily on LinkedIn and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be creative, resourceful, and experienced in video creation, editing, and repurposing content for various platforms. This position offers growth opportunities as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation & Editing:
Create and edit engaging videos for YouTube (long-form and short-form content).
Use AI tools to generate videos from text and create videos with avatars.

YouTube Channel Management:
Format and optimize videos for YouTube.
Repurpose content from other platforms for YouTube.
Apply best practices for audience engagement and growth.

LinkedIn Content Management:
Assist in creating and scheduling LinkedIn posts.
Adapt video content for LinkedIn where applicable.

Content Repurposing & Scheduling:
Repurpose content across various platforms (Facebook, Substack, Instagram).
Use social media content scheduling tools to plan and publish posts.

Support Non-Video Content Creation:
Help generate non-video social media content as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing and content creation.
Proficiency with AI tools for video generation and editing.
Familiarity with YouTube best practices and trends.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media content management tools.
Ability to repurpose content for multiple platforms.
Bonus: Graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
Phase 1: 10 hours/week during a 2-3 week transitionary period.
Phase 2: 20 hours/week after the transition period.
Potential to grow into a full-time (40 hours/week) role based on performance and skills.
