JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing physical therapy clinic team. This fully remote position is key to managing and enhancing our online presence on social media and Google, managing digital campaigns, and supporting our email and text marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, excel in creating engaging content, work well with our in-house videographer, building audience relationships, and driving brand growth through innovative digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management:
- Edit pre-recorded videos and photos into high-quality, platform-specific social media posts.
- Schedule and publish content consistently on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business.
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain active engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, recommending data-driven improvements.
- Research and implement the latest trends and tools to keep the clinic competitive online.

- Content Creation and Editing:
- Develop captions, hashtags, and content ideas that align with our brand voice and mission.
- Maintain a content library for organized access to reusable materials.

- Email Marketing:
- Design and send email campaigns using Mailchimp, including newsletters, announcements, and special offers.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and audience engagement, and suggest improvements.

- Text Message Marketing:
- Coordinate and send text-based campaigns for special offers, appointment reminders, or clinic updates, ensuring compliance with messaging guidelines and privacy standards.
- Track response rates and customer feedback to optimize text communication strategies.

- Community Engagement:
- Highlight client success stories, clinic milestones, and physical therapy tips to create a positive online presence (client consent required).
- Build relationships with online communities, influencers, local corporate companies, and local organizations to expand brand visibility.

- Campaign Support:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ways to drive audience growth and engagement.

- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and digital content creation (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar), Mailchimp, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity with text message marketing platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and tone consistency.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of the physical therapy, fitness, or healthcare industries is a bonus but not required.
