About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Supplier Lead Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and contacting potential suppliers that align with our business needs. Your goal is to build a robust pipeline of reliable suppliers by utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify potential suppliers based on our sourcing criteria.
• Initiate and maintain outbound communication with suppliers via email, calls, and other platforms.
• Assess supplier reliability, pricing, and capabilities to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of supplier interactions and leads using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the team to refine supplier criteria and outreach strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sourcing progress and supplier pipelines.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outbound lead sourcing, supplier relations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking software.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
