ob Description: Sales Specialist – Brisk Wellness
Position Overview:
Brisk Wellness is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Specialist to manage our
CRM system in Zenoti and drive the conversion of leads to consults. This role is pivotal
in ensuring effective communication with potential patients, maintaining accurate
records, and supporting our India back-office team. The ideal candidate is an excellent
communicator, highly organized, and passionate about contributing to a growing
organization dedicated to transforming healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management and Lead Conversion
? Manage CRM in Zenoti: Maintain and update patient information, track
interactions, and ensure data integrity within the Zenoti CRM system.
? Convert Leads to Consults: Proactively reach out to leads through calls to
convert them into scheduled consults.
? Patient Communication: Engage with potential patients regularly, addressing
their inquiries, providing information about services, and guiding them through
the booking process.
Operational Support
? Update CRM for Back-Office Management: Ensure all patient interactions and
updates are accurately recorded in Zenoti for the India back-office team to
manage.
? Coordinate with Back-Office Teams: Collaborate closely with the India back-
office team to streamline processes and ensure seamless patient experiences.
? Regular Communication: Maintain consistent communication with the Project
Owner and other relevant team members to report on progress, challenges, and
opportunities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
? Monitor Conversion Rates: Track and analyze lead conversion metrics to
identify trends and areas for improvement.
? Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead statuses,
and conversion outcomes for management review.

? Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance lead
conversion processes and overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field.
? Experience:
o Proven experience in sales, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
o Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Zenoti, is highly desirable.
? Skills:
o Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential patients.
o Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.
o Proactive and self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
? Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various communication tools and
CRM software to manage and track interactions.
