We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. This role works closely with the management team to offload routine tasks and improve efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our childcare business.
The position will start as part-time, with shifts beginning at 8 AM Pacific Time (US).
Job responsibilities:
1.Administrative Support:
- Manage payroll processes using QuickBooks.
- Handle bill payments and other online transactions.
- Oversee licensing compliance through the Merit system, ensuring employee certifications and background checks are up to date.
2. Calendar &
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Organize and manage

- Maintain accurate and organized records for employee compliance and business transactions.
- Prepare and update reports as needed.
4. General Support:
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks and ad-hoc projects to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with the Merit system (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
