JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Parabroker / Senior Credit Analyst to join our growing team in Australia.
The main focus for this role will be to conduct work closely with our mortgage brokers and complete credit assessments and proposals on a potential client’s personal and financial situation.

Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain accuracy will be essential to delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Role – Parabroker / Senior Credit Analyst
- Review client profiles and supporting documentation to complete preliminary credit assessments.
- Conduct lender policy research, borrowing capacity (serviceability) assessments, and funding position evaluations.
- Complete lender serviceability, postcode eligibility, and lender mortgage insurance (LMI) calculators.
- Liaise with lenders, credit assessors, and business development managers to discuss lending policy, loan scenarios, and loan structuring strategies.
- Prepare detailed product comparison reports and lender recommendations based on the client's financial situation.
- Assist Finance Brokers to ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Manage lender pricing approvals, complete client credit checks, and order property valuations.
- Handle end-to-end loan processing including data entry into Aggregator CRM (Infynity) and ApplyOnline, document collection, and packaging loan submissions.
- Completing document packages including application forms, discharges (Refinance), FHOG etc.
- Actively manage client relationships by collecting supporting documentation and providing timely loan status updates.
- Manage conditionally approved applications by addressing outstanding lender information requests (MIRs).
- Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders, including lenders, real estate agents, solicitors, and accountants.
- Create structured proposals and loan options for brokers to present to clients, aligning with credit policy and client goals.

Systems Proficiency Required:
- Aggregator CRM – Infynity (essential)
- Client Management Platform – Effi (preferred)

ABOUT YOU
Experience:
-Minimum 3 years experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry as a credit analyst or Parabroker.

Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication for liaising with brokers, clients, and lenders.
-High attention to detail and accuracy in document review and data entry.
-Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues effectively.
-Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process, (from research to unconditional approval).
-Proficiency with CRM platforms Infinity
-Familiarity with broker tools (e.g., Pricing Tools, Property Hub for valuations, Equifax).
-Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Outlook (advanced) and Excel.

Work-from-Home Requirements (Evidence will be requested)

Compensation:
- Php 65,000.00 – Php 80,000.00 (Depending on experience and skill set).
- Paid Victorian Australia Regular Holidays plus other benefits
