Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled virtual assistant to manage WordPress website maintenance tasks for our clients. This role focuses on ensuring all websites are up-to-date, secure, and fully functional. In addition to routine maintenance, there is an exciting opportunity for growth into a WordPress developer role, where you’ll take on tasks such as building websites for service-based businesses in the United States using Elementor/Elementor Pro,, and implementing advanced website features.
This is a part-time position (10 hours per month) with an hourly rate of $6. After six months of successfully managing website updates, this role may transition into a development-focused role with higher pay and more responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Website Maintenance (Primary Role):
Update WordPress plugins, themes, and core files using ManageWP.
Perform full website backups before making updates.
Test websites thoroughly after updates to ensure functionality and compatibility.
Generate and deliver monthly ManageWP reports for each client, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Monitor website security using tools like Cloudflare and ManageWP, and report any vulnerabilities.
Important Note:
While tools like ManageWP offer built-in automation for updates, we prefer manual updates to ensure the integrity and functionality of our clients' websites. As an experienced WordPress web developer you fully understand automated updates occasionally cause issues that go unnoticed for extended periods, so the successful candidate will be responsible for performing updates manually, testing each website thoroughly, and addressing any potential problems promptly.

Requirements:
Proven experience with WordPress website management and maintenance. (Full understanding of how to update Plugins, Themes, WordPress core)
You know what to do what a plugging breaks something on the website.
Proficiency in using Elementor and Elementor Pro for website design.
Familiarity with ManageWP or similar WordPress management tools.
Knowledge of basic web development languages (HTML, CSS, and PHP is a plus).
Understanding of website hosting platforms (e.g., Hostinger, GoDaddy, Bluehost) and Cloudflare.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly test websites after updates.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Schedule and Pay:
Part-time position: 10-15 hours per month to start.
Hourly rate: $6 USD.
Payments will be made bi-weekly via OnlineJobsPH/EasyPay.
