Urgently Needed: Cold Caller for Real Estate Company in Australia

We are a commercial real estate company in Australia looking to hire a self-motivated Cold Caller to join our company.

We have thousands of cold clients that need to be engaged and converted to potential clients. Your role/tasks will be, but not limited to:
- Conduct outbound calls from our database of cold clients. Initiating contact with potential clients who may or may no longer be interested in our product.
- Set appointments with clients for our SDR-Closer.
- Manage own calendar, schedule callbacks and other potential opportunities
- Reach weekly target KPI
- Continually engaged clients to move them to warm or hot clients.
- Establish rapport with potential clients.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Must have effective communication and strong listening skills.
- Preferably have an Australian accent.
- Know how to use GSheet, GDocs, MSOffice and GHL
- Proficient in using time tracker to ensure accountability and task management

The position will be reporting to the Sales Head.
