We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented freelancer to join our team as an Amazon Product Listing Specialist & Catalog Manager. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging, SEO-optimized product listings and bring a strong understanding of fashion trend research to ensure our products stand out in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and upload product listings to Amazon using provided data and images by using flat file (CSV).
• Ensure all product details, such as titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and specifications, are accurate and well-optimized.
• Conduct keyword research to improve listing visibility and performance.
• Research current and upcoming fashion trends and ideas for our future products.
• Monitor and correct listing errors, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and standards.
• Organize and manage product data in spreadsheets or other tools as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and product uploads.
• Familiarity with fashion trends, styles, and industry language.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon listing best practices, including SEO and keyword optimization.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging product copy using AI.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple listings efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools like H10, Excel, Google Sheets, and listing management software.
• Experience in e-commerce or a similar role.
Requirements:
• Experience with image editing tools or collaborating with our graphic designers for visuals.
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools for remote work.
• Background in fashion retail, merchandising, or related fields.
• Availability to communicate promptly via Skype.
• Flexibility to take on tasks as needed.
