Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for 1x Excellent Virtual Assistant to join our team.

We are an Online Fitness Business based in Australia.

The Role
- Reach out to Client Applications following our text message based enrolment process
- Follow up enquires received on social media through Instagram, Facebook and Email
- Enrol new clients into our program
- Follow up previous clients we have worked with
- Follow up clients who have applied but not enrolled
- Log progress and status of each application or enquiry
- Answer questions about our Fitness and Nutrition Program
- Respond quickly to new enquiries and applications

The Applicant
- 8am to 1pm Monday to Thursday (Perth, Australia Time)
- Expected to work independently and be responsible for tasks
- Weekly meeting with myself to check in and answer any questions
- 2+ years experience as VA
- Suitable for VA who has other part time VA work (Please don’t apply if you already have full time work)
- Organised and can handle multiple tasks at once
- Great Internet
- Excellent English and written communication skills
- Pay Rate: $7.50AUD per hour ($150AUD per week)
