Social Media Coordinator

Bumpology is a small skin cream brand looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is comfortable with social media and possesses strong written communication skills. In this role, you will develop, design, and publish daily Instagram and TikTok posts and stories while maintaining a consistent brand voice and style. You will collaborate with the team to leverage our marketing calendar, planning and executing strategic social media campaigns that align with our business goals. Additionally, you will identify, evaluate, and communicate with potential influencers to expand our reach, as well as capture, edit, and produce engaging photo and video content to drive audience engagement. Lastly, you will answer customer service emails and direct messages, ensuring a positive experience for our growing community.
