FreedomSoft Real Estate VA

I am new to FreedomSoft CRM but I am looking for someone to help me by making cold calls (100/day) and sending post cards, etc to find leads for real estate investing. I am looking to build up my real estate business and want someone who has worked in a team to help build it with me.

I want to build the system first, and execute 10 deals in the next few months. After this, we will find additional employees to help with the business.

Please let me know what experience you have in real estate and if you've worked on a team like the one I'm describing.

Please let me know If you have SOPs already built out that you've followed in other teams and have been a team lead.

I do not have much experience with FreedomSoft, but I have the account up and running and ready to use.
