We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Logistics Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or supply chain management and a strong background in customer service and administrative tasks. This is a part-time role requiring 5 hours of work daily, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, tracking, and delivery updates.
Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, shipping orders, and inventory records.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics workflows.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining records.
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
