Description:
I’m looking for reliable and professional individuals to make phone calls to mobile home parks across the U.S. to gather specific information. The goal is to collect details such as lot rent, included utilities, park size, and community type.
Responsibilities:
-Call mobile home park offices using a provided contact list.
-Ask a short list of questions (e.g., lot rent, utilities, number of spaces, and whether it’s an all-age or 55+ park).
-Record responses accurately in a spreadsheet or CRM.
-Handle calls politely and professionally.
Requirements:
-Excellent communication and phone skills.
-Comfortable making calls during U.S. business hours.
-Detail-oriented and able to record information accurately.
-Reliable internet connection and access to a phone or VoIP service.
-Previous experience with phone-based work or customer service is a plus.
Additional Details:
-A script will be provided for consistency.
-Each call should take no more than a few minutes.
