The Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We're looking for a messaging maven to join our remote team as an Outbound Appointment Setter. Your superpower? Crafting personalized DMs that turn cold prospects into warm conversations. No cold calling required – this is purely about your written charm.

What You'll Actually Do

Craft 10-20 personality-packed DMs per hour that make prospects stop scrolling
Master our proven outreach playbook (and make it even better)
Bring your authentic self to every message – robots need not apply
Track your wins and share your victories with the team
Be part of a culture where "How you do one thing is how you do everything"

The Details

Starting at $5-10/hour with performance bonuses (because results matter)
4 hours per day to start, with room to grow
100% remote (pants optional, but reliable internet required)
Eastern US hours, Monday-Friday
