Total Healthcare Billing (THCB) provides medical billing services to US healthcare providers. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
• Submit claims and handle denials, unpaid balances, and payment posting.
• Verify insurance coverage and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations.
• Conduct timely follow-up on claims and generate billing reports.

Qualifications:
• Certification in medical billing and coding is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of revenue cycle experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and proficiency with medical billing software such as CollaborateMD and insurance web portals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
