Virtual Assistant for Amazon Merch on Demand
Are you a detail-oriented and creative individual looking to work remotely? Join us as a Virtual Assistant for our Amazon Merch on Demand business. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying profitable niches, developing design ideas and quotes, preparing clear instructions for our designer, and ensuring overall quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Use tools like Cerebro, Google Trends, and Pinterest to identify recurring niches and trends.
- Design Ideas and Quotes: Create unique and engaging design ideas and quotes tailored to identified niches.
- Design Preparation: Prepare structured and detailed instructions for the designer, including design concepts, keywords, quotes, and specific style preferences.
- Quality Control: Review completed designs to ensure they meet standards, including checking for spelling errors and ensuring designs are free from obvious flaws.
- Listing Creation: Write SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags for T-shirt designs.
- Organization: Maintain a structured database of design ideas, quotes, keywords, and listings.
- Output Goal: Deliver 200 designs per month, including complete listings for each.
Requirements:
- Experience with Cerebro is highly preferred. In your application, please detail your experience with Cerebro and explain how you have used it in the past.
- Knowledge of free tools like Google Trends, Amazon Search, and Pinterest for market research.
- Strong creativity in developing design ideas and quotes for T-shirts.
- Basic understanding of trademark and copyright processes.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for task tracking and database management.
Compensation:
