Branding and Signage Installers

Job Summary
The Branding and Signage Installer is responsible for the production, installation, and maintenance of internal and external branding and signage solutions. This includes banners, lightboxes, building wraps, and other customized branding elements. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

Installation and Assembly
• Install branding materials, including banners, flags, and fabric tensioning for various projects.
• Mount large flagpoles and fabric components with precision.
• Apply building wraps using advanced sticker application techniques (dry and wet).
• Assemble and install advertising frames made of wood, aluminum, and steel.
• Construct and mount lightboxes, ensuring precise assembly and durability.
• Seam PVC billboards using Forsthoff machines or equivalent tools.
• Operate power tools and equipment effectively and safely to complete installation tasks.
• Run on-site checks to validate proper tensioning, alignment, and overall aesthetics.
Site Management
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate installation requirements and identify potential challenges.
• Safeguard tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring their proper storage and handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site to promote safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols, particularly when working at heights or operating machinery.
Maintenance and Quality Control
• Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet project specifications, client expectations, and quality standards.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, or adjustments to signage and branding solutions as required.
• Regularly clean, calibrate, and maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Administrative Duties
• Maintain detailed records of installations, including material usage, time logs, and project notes.
• Report on-site challenges, delays, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure project timelines are met and communicate any delays or changes effectively.
Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on the latest tools, materials, and techniques in signage installation.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical and industry-specific skills.
• Offer suggestions for improving installation processes and workflows to increase efficiency and quality.

Key Qualifications

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 2-5 years in branding, signage installation, or related fields.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in operating tools and equipment, including Forsthoff machines and tensioning systems.
• Basic knowledge of materials such as fabric, vinyl, aluminum, PVC, and wood.
• Experience in assembling and installing signage structures and branding solutions.

Soft Skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, or travel as required.

Working Conditions
• Work environments include indoor and outdoor locations, occasionally in challenging weather conditions.
• Full-time position with potential for overtime and shift work.
• Requires adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
