JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic digital billboard advertising company specializing in providing premium advertising solutions to businesses. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relations, overseeing accounting tasks, and driving sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- Address client inquiries, manage bookings, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

2. Accounting and Administrative Tasks:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.

3. Sales Support:
- Identify potential clients and develop outreach strategies to grow the business.
- Assist in creating and presenting proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

4. Operational Support:
- Coordinate schedules for billboard campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor the status of digital billboard displays and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Liaise with technical teams to address any operational issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Client-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
- Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with basic accounting principles and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software).
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to support sales initiatives and close deals.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Experience: Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or administrative roles is preferred.

Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Availability to work during business hours in your time zone, with some flexibility to overlap with North American hours.
