Fullstack Frontend Web Developer (with Strong Backend Skills)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using React and Tailwind CSS
- Implement and optimize frontend components with attention to performance and reusability
- Leverage Node.js and a bundler like Vite to create scalable, high-performance solutions
- Integrate Redux Toolkit for state management, ensuring predictable application behavior
- Utilize server-side rendering (SSR) techniques to improve SEO and user experience
- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver smooth and responsive user interfaces
- Harden applications by setting up protected routes and handling security best practices
- Work with Docker for containerization and ensure smooth development workflows
- Manage source control using GitHub
- Work with additional technologies such as Astro SSG, MySQL, CSS, and JavaScript as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend Expertise
- Proficiency in React and Tailwind CSS
- Comfortable with a bundler like Vite
- Familiar with other popular CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI)

State Management & SSR
- Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit
- Good understanding of server-side rendering

Backend Knowledge
- Comfortable working with Node.js for building APIs and server logic
- Familiar with MySQL or similar relational databases
- Basic understanding of security best practices and route protection

Tools & DevOps
- Experience with Docker for containerizing applications
- Proficiency with GitHub for code collaboration and version control

Additional Skills
- Experience with Astro SSG for static site generation
- Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to set up and maintain a local development environment
