Job Title: Online Accountant for Small Business Owner

As a small business owner, I understand the importance of accurate and timely financial management, and I need someone who can support both personal and business tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file personal and business tax returns in compliance with current regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenses.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and monthly reconciliations.
- Provide insights on financial performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure timely payments of taxes and other financial obligations.
- Stay updated on tax laws and financial regulations relevant to small businesses.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably for small businesses.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
