Supply Chain & Fulfillment Specialist – Fashion Dropshipping with CJ Dropshipping

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our fast-growing international fashion dropshipping company. You’ll be the key person ensuring that our orders, suppliers, and logistics run smoothly across 12 Shopify stores, keeping customers happy and operations seamless.

About Us:
- We run multiple fashion e-commerce stores across the US, Germany, Spain, Poland.
- Our fulfillment is powered by CJ Dropshipping, with a backup supplier (Dropship Agent).
- We’re a remote-first team with a strong culture of communication, problem-solving, and growth.
- Tools we use: Shopify, CJ Dropshipping, Track123, Google Sheets, Slack, OpenAI.

What You’ll Do
- Order Management: Place and manage all customer orders through CJ Dropshipping.
- Product Syncing: Connect and maintain product listings between Shopify and CJ.
- Ticket Handling: Resolve CJ support tickets, including return-to-sender issues.
- Shipment Tracking: Spot and resolve stuck shipments quickly using Track123/ParcelPanel.
- Supplier Coordination: Handle out-of-stock (OOS) situations by coordinating with our backup supplier.
- Issue Resolution: Identify bottlenecks early and take action before they escalate.
- KPI & Pricing: Monitor margins, adjust prices when KPIs aren’t met, and align with the Customer Support Manager.
- Reporting: Build reports and maintain documentation via Google Sheets to keep workflows smooth.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to fulfillment and supply chain processes.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with CJ Dropshipping (this is a must).
- Strong Shopify knowledge (order flow, product linking checking, pricing).
- Experience with shipment tracking tools like Track123/ParcelPanel.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and reliable — you catch problems before they snowball.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Available part-time with the ability to grow into a full-time role.
Bonus: Experience in fashion e-commerce or similar industries.
