As our Radio, Podcast, and Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our message and empowering women leaders through the strategic management of our digital media channels. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our weekly talk show, podcast, and social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive, engaging, and impactful brand presence.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the production, editing, and promotion of our "The Boundary Breakers Collective" talk show and "Power Talks for Remarkable Females" podcast
- Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and LinkedIn
- Creating compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience of high-achieving female executives and entrepreneurs
- Monitoring and responding to audience engagement, building a strong community around our mission
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely responses to inquiries across all channels
- Researching and recommending new tools and technologies to streamline operations and drive greater efficiency

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in podcast production, social media management, and content creation
- Proven track record of growing social media followings and driving engagement
- English proficiency
- Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling copy
- Proficiency with audio/video editing software, content management systems, and productivity tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
- Interest in women's empowerment, leadership, and personal development topics
- Willingness to continuously learn new skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Strong internet connectivity to support online events via Zoom
