We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Caller to join our team and help us generate leads and close sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and converting leads into customers.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to local U.S. businesses in targeted niches (e.g., doctors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, etc.).
- Schedule and conduct video calls with prospects and close sales directly over the phone.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure conversions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in cold calling and closing deals with small businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the needs and challenges of small local businesses in the U.S. market.
