We are a rapidly growing e-commerce fashion business serving an American/English-speaking audience. We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Agent (20-30 hours per week) to join our team and help us elevate our customer service feedback score.
Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service via
Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns in an efficient manner.
Maintain deep product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Resolve issues quickly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the team to improve service strategies and customer experiences.
Requirements:
Extensive customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.
Strong experience with e-commerce businesses.
Perfect written and spoken English communication skills.
Proven record of achieving high customer satisfaction rates.
Responsible, communicative, and proactive.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Availability to work around 20-30 hours per week.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including graveyard shifts and weekends.
Bonus: Experience with Shopify and HelpScout is a plus.
This position has a potential to be full time
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $2-$4/hr depending on experience.
Performance based Bonus
Weekend workers will receive higher pay during weekends
