We are a TikTok marketing agency specializing in creating organic content for e-commerce brands. We’re looking for highly motivated individuals who value flexibility, competitive pay, and very easy work.

Note*: This role is very minimal work since you are not creating your own content only taking already existing content and reuploading it onto multiple accounts

Basic knowledge of Spanish (Deepl translation; no need for full fluency)

Responsibilities: Content Creation and Management
Repost(not create*) slideshows that are already created onto multiple tiktok and instagram accounts
Turning images into videos
Post a set number of TikTok slideshows per account based on daily tasks
English copywriting: scripts, creative writing, storytelling, sparking emotion, MAINLY effective CTAs
Use a VPN to post content on U.S. servers

Compensation Overview:
Base Pay: $80 per month per Iphone
Bonuses: Various ways for you to earn a performance bonus
Payment Method: Preferably PayPal
Pay Cycle: 15 or 30-day periods

Work Schedule:
While the workload needs to be spread throughout the day to align with TikTok's algorithm (avoiding content blocks), you have full flexibility to choose your hours.
Work is expected every day, but you can plan ahead and draft content for days off. Tasks include daily reposting, with freedom to distribute work as you see fit.
