Shopify and Website Developer

NY Time Bestselling Author and Media Personality, Devin Alexander (www.devinalexander.com) is seeking a talented and experienced Website Developer to do a complete overhaul of her website (www.devinalexander.com). Assuming that goes well, she will then need another site built for her Fit Mom Fit Kids Brand. Both site need to a "shop" component so you should be adept at linking a Shopify store to websites. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Devin's website (and accompanying Shopify store). You will work closely with Devin to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Develop www.devinalexander.com website (and shopify store) - must also have the ability to maintain it
*Design and implement new features and functionalities to improve user experience and increase sales
*Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize website performance and conversion rates
* Conduct regular website audits to ensure functionality and troubleshoot issues
*Manage website updates and maintenance, including product listings, inventory, and pricing
*Be up to date and curious about the latest Ai to enhance our offerings in a time and money saving manner
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in e-commerce and website development
*Work with third-party applications and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience
* Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency and effective communication
*Develop and maintain documentation for website and Shopify store processes

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
*3-5 years of experience in website development and e-commerce
*Proficiency in Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages and tools
*Experience with website and Shopify theme customization and plugin integration
*Knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design
* Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Analytics
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
*Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
* Must be friendly as that is our corporate culture
