Location: Remote
Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, but they may transition to 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST if needed.



About the Role
We are searching for an experienced and driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is tailored for a skilled professional with a solid 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically handling travel nurses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, submitting, and managing travel nursing talent, with a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and requirements.

Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of healthcare recruitment experience, with a specific focus on travel nursing.
Extensive knowledge of travel nursing, including licensure requirements, certifications, and industry regulations.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and systems, especially LaborEdge/NEXUS (use the word “orange” in your application if experienced).
Expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates using innovative recruitment strategies and platforms.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to liaise effectively with candidates and internal account managers.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
Proactive attitude with flexibility for overtime as needed to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
Ability to start immediately and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
Source, attract, and engage healthcare professionals, including travel nurses and allied health professionals, using diverse channels like job boards, referrals, and social media.
Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experiences.
Create and submit detailed candidate profiles to account managers/clients for evaluation.
Collaborate with account managers to develop tailored pay packages and ensure alignment with staffing needs.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to keep candidate records accurate and accessible.
Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners to maintain a consistent talent pipeline.
Stay updated on healthcare recruitment trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.
Contribute to a team-oriented, high-performance culture where collaboration and adaptability are key.
