We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
***Key Responsibilities***

Place orders for supplies and materials.
Process orders for various clients.
Ensure orders are on track and coordinate with other VAs.
Track order status and delivery schedules.
*Invoice Management*
Create and send invoices.
Follow up on outstanding payments.
*Follow-ups & Communication*
Manage
Follow up with clients and partners on pending tasks or projects.
Send out proofs and updates.
Schedule and coordinate installs and meetings.
*Administrative Tasks*
Schedule and manage appointments.
Complete and file necessary paperwork.
Handle routine tasks like paying bills and managing travel arrangements.
*Customer Support*
Handle customer support via
*Marketing and Social Media*
Update social media and manage marketing communications.
*Project Coordination*
Coordinate project timelines and ensure tasks are progressing as planned.
***Qualifications***

Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a significant advantage.
QuickBooks experience is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Trello is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
