Interior Design Office Assistant

Core Competencies:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)?
* Expertise in utilizing internal design software for client proposals and room layouts?
* Skilled in creating design boards?
* Exceptional communication and customer service abilities?
* Strong problem-solving and analysis capabilities?

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, answering and managing client inquiry calls, and providing exceptional customer service?
* Draft professional email correspondence?
* Create and develop design proposals for clients?
* Assist in designing and curating design boards?
* Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns?

Additional Requirements:
* Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills, particularly in English?
* Ability to work part-time (11am-4pm EST, Monday through Friday) with potential to transition to full-time?
* Minimum one to two-year commitment?
