JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outbound Commercial Real Estate Caller to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to reach out to commercial property owners, introduce our services, gauge interest, and schedule follow-up conversations or appointments with our sales executives. Strong English communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone are essential for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to commercial real estate property owners to introduce our services and identify potential opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to determine the property owner’s level of interest, timeframe, and key property details.
Data Entry & Organization: Accurately record all call outcomes, notes, and contact details in the CRM system.
Relationship Building: Develop rapport and maintain a professional, friendly tone to create a positive impression and foster long-term relationships.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and improve call scripts.
Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for sales representatives when a lead expresses interest.


English Proficiency: Near-native or fluent English speaking and writing skills are crucial; the ability to converse confidently with property owners is a must.
Location: Must be based in the Philippines with reliable access to internet and phone.
Experience: Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or real estate is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and phone etiquette.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and other productivity tools.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
