Inbound Closer

I am not just looking for a Inbound closer to just fill a job. This position is a stepping stone to work with a growing online marketing company who helps small to midsize business be more successful.

The position will be a 6 hour per day position, however, during training the hours will be much less. The First week will require 10 hours of work, including one-on-one training time, and many hours of video training to learn and become comfortable with the prospecting platform. The second week you will be ready to take inbound calls. This will be considered the audition time. At the end of the second week, I will determine if I will add you to my team permanently.

Once fully hired, the third week you should be working 30 hours a week. All possibilities for raises and bonuses will be based on work performance.

Strong American English is the main requirement I am looking at for this position, however a strong work ethic and desire to learn as well as punctuality, and the ability to follow our process to close is a must.


Position overview:
Your role is first and foremost is taking video calls with prospective partners who are seeking a new income opportunity. All the lead generation, qualification and appointment setting has been done. The main focus is following our process to determine if the prospective partner is a good fit for our company.


The communication system is set up to allow you access from an internet connection using either zoom or google meet, so once you are added to the platform, you would only need access to dependable internet and a quality headset (if you do not currently own a quality headset, I can provide.) The platform is very effective, and easy to use once learned.


The current numbers associated with inbound closing are 6 calls per day, Monday through Friday in the USA, with those calls, you will probably have one that is a no show or a cancellation. We will still pay you for that time, which allows you a chance to get something to eat and use the facilities.
You will be provided with multiple training videos to help you master the platform, as well as one-on-one time to practice with me. Training time with me will be fun! You will see!



Qualities to be successful:
Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time, that being said, there are four qualities I am looking for:
Integrity: It is important to me to have a person who will have open communication to let me know when expectations are not met, or a mistake was made. We learn through practice, and as long as we can learn from mistakes, we can be successful.


Commitment: I am looking for a person who is willing to be part of my team for many years to come, and not just a short-term gig. I am a boss, who will value your contributions and hard work as well as your opinions on how to grow my business. However, If you are looking for only a few months of work, please do not apply!


A strong work ethic: I expect my employee will do the job and be responsible to follow through with assigned tasks. As this is a high-ticket closing position, the ability to connect and have strong English skills is a must.


A willingness to Learn: I am not looking for perfection, heaven knows that I am far from being perfect, but I do need to have a person who is easy to work with, and willing to learn new aspects of the business. This is a small but this business can grow fast and will add additional closers as well as other opportunities. I want to have a person who is excited about ongoing growth. If you are not excited about improving your skills, and are not coachable, then this is not the job for you!
